At Dab Lab, we believe technology is a tool to solve real problems, at fair prices.
We have no attachment to any technology and are always open to testing and experimenting with new ones.
We work as a collective of professionals. We’re product-oriented, with a product mindset. We organize into product teams and, within a team, there’s no hierarchy or seniority tiers. Everyone working on a product shares its success equally and takes joint responsibility for its results, operation, and improvements.
Our commitment is simple: deliver fast, and deliver something valuable to the client.
In our business model there’s no owner’s profit. After paying commitments and obligations, all revenue is split equally among the members of a product team.

Born from a restlessness about how software gets built.
Dab Lab was founded by Alexandre Siqueira — 30+ years across Salesforce, Globo, Nissan, Nokia — inspired by insights from SXSW 2025 on the new moment of no-code platforms and AI. We’re a studio specialized in MVPs and internal and external apps.
