A product team built to serve a client is typically a trio: Product Manager + Product Designer + Engineer. One person can wear more than one hat, or a team can have more than one engineer, depending on the solution.

For engineers, what matters is proficiency in one or more of the technologies we use. At Dab Lab we’re hands-on — you don’t need certifications. What counts is that you’ve built things: real solutions to real problems, or a portfolio you created to learn and practice.
